meet the founder of Little Postage House
Loly Orozco is the Founder and Creative Director for the Little Postage House. She grew up in South Florida. She holds two degrees from the University of South Florida and a graduate degree from Cornell University. Before venturing out into the creative world, Loly was working professionally in New York City as financial restructuring attorney for one for the nation’s top law firms and clerked for two federal judges.
In 2016, a trip to the postage changed the trajectory of her life. Unsatisfied with the limitations of the postage options at her local post office, Loly decided to take matters into her own hands in 2016 and started the Little Postage House from her tiny apartment in Jersey City. Using her eye for detail and love of all things paper and vintage, Loly began curating vintage postage collections and designing invitation suites that focus on the smallest details to tell her clients’ unique stories. Since then, Loly has worked with hundreds of clients, across the world, on their postage and paper needs.
In 2019, Loly officially retired from the law to dedicate herself fully to the Little Postage House and her clients. In recent years, Loly has been awarded numerous grants for her efforts in entrepreneurship including awards from the Fearless Fund, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, TikTok, Antares, Ladies Who Launch, SheScales, and Comcast. In 2020, Loly was named Tory Burch Fellow.
The Little Postage House and Loly’s work can be found in Martha Stewart Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Magnolia Rouge, and many other national wedding publications.
our story
It all started with a trip to the post office . . .
One day, Loly was standing in line at her local post office when she noticed a bride with gorgeous wedding invitations. They had handwritten calligraphy and fine details. Loly immediately wondered what postage stamp the bride would use to complement her invitations. There was a flag stamp, a cartoon stamp and a couple of other options. None of the options made sense for such a special mailing. So Loly left the post office determined to find a better way and, just like that, the Little Postage House was born! We use real vintage postage stamps that are still valid to send out mail today and use them to curate vintage postage collections that are meaningful and tell our client's unique life stories!
And it was not long before . . .
We grew into a full service design and stationery shop. Within months of launching our curation services, brides started reaching out to Loly. They recognized her attention to details and asked her to design their full wedding invitations. Loly accepted that challenge and grew the paper side of the Little Postage House into what it is today.
By 2019, the Little Postage House outgrew Loly’s small Jersey City apartment and we moved into a 1000 square foot home-studio to Knoxville, Tennessee. By 2022, we had outgrown our space again and purchased a 5000+ square foot historic building near downtown Knoxville! After renovations, we moved into our new home in fall of 2022. Our studio space is the home of our vast postage stamp collection, five printing presses (e.g., a Vandercook, two Windmills, a Chandler & Price, and a Kelsey tabletop press), three paper cutters, seven flat digital printers, a laser printer and a foil stamper.
The Little Postage House can be found in Martha Stewart Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Magnolia Rouge, and many other wedding publications.

For us, each wedding represents a special moment in our story and the mark that we made in the memories of our couples, their families and loved ones. We feel so blessed to be a part of these moments and invite you to see our past weddings and the details that made each one special. our commitment
When Loly founded the Little Postage House, she made a small and simple commitment to her future clients and to herself. She wanted to ensure that the Little Postage House would serve as a resource for her clients, making the wedding process a little easier and hopefully a whole lot of fun for you! It's as simple as that. We will work with you every step of the way (from initial design stages to assembly and mailing) to create something that is truly special and reflects your vision. We believe that this commitment sets us apart, because it means the following:
always open, online
You can email or message us on social media, and you are generally going to get a response right away! This commitment is very personal to Loly and is at the heart of the Little Postage House. When Loly was planning her own wedding (before founding the Little Postage House), she designed her own invitations and worked with a local printer. The printer was a super nice guy, but turned out to be very unresponsive and unreliable. He ended up disappearing several times, for weeks on end. After talking to her friends, Loly realized that this was a common problem in the industry. When she founded the Little Postage House, Loly made a commitment to always be open, online and to make the wedding process a little bit easier and fun!
bespoke approach
We strongly believe that every project represents an opportunity to work on products that reflects your unique story, journey, and vision. So, there are no short cuts or cookie cutter designs in our studio. Every design that leaves our studio is different.
creative challenges, welcome
We love creative challenges and our bespoke approach allows you to experiment! We are constantly exploring, evolving, and meeting new vendors and making friends across the industry. This means that we can bring new inks, papers and approaches to your projects!
one-stop shop
We will design, print, assemble, and mail your invitations, so that you don’t have worry about a thing! We will also work with on everything from your reception menus to your signage and welcome bags! Our team is available to travel for set-up, so we can be there every step of the way!

Working with Loly at Little Postage House was INCREDIBLE! I cannot recommend her enough! Because of Covid I ended up planning a small wedding for 2020 and a larger one in 2021. Loly was so easy to work with and was so quick to get back to me with new designs and ideas and any changes I requested. The invitations and all paper goods turned out AMAZING! I received endless compliments on them. Also the postage is such a fun touch! If you’re looking for stationery, look no further!

Where do I even begin . . . Loly created, printed, and mailed our save the date cards, custom wedding invitation suite (with belly bands, wax seals, calligraphy, and vintage postage), day-of wedding itinerary, escort cards, and menu! You have to really trust a person to have them do all of that for you and I can honestly say that after working with Loly for months, she feels like a trusted & talented friend (whom I have never even met!) who cares just as much about my wedding stationery as I do. I am CONSTANTLY impressed by Loly’s keen eye to detail (spelling, formatting, color schemes, organizing guest lists and then re-organizing due to COVID gathering guidelines!) she literally does it all with ease and grace. Loly’s communication during the designing and creating process is something I have never seen from a vendor. She is in constant communication (even on evenings, weekends, & holidays... I swear, nothing slows her down!). She sends beautiful visual proofs and pictures of your project in the process so you know exactly what stage your project is in. Loly has helped me IMMENSELY by taking on and perfecting each of my stationery projects. She took each of my visions and made them a reality which took so much pressure off of me during the ever-changing global pandemic wedding planning. I truly can’t say enough! Hire her and you will NOT be disappointed.

Loly with Little Postage House is the absolutely BEST!! After speaking with several vendors, it was clear that Loly was the right choice. She walks you through every step of the process, timing, inspiration, etc so that you feel fully prepared to make your decision. Her work is unbelievable! She is so creative and provides several design options and is so easy to work with! She is VERY efficient and I trusted her every step of the way! She was able to work with my calligrapher and photographer so that they had everything they needed to write/shoot the suite! HIGHLY recommend! Will absolutely use her beyond just wedding invitations!

Loly was incredible to work with during this crazy time of wedding planning! We were close to rescheduling our wedding, and ended up sticking with it and cutting the list down. Loly was able to work with us around tight deadlines and we received so many compliments on the invitation suites. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a special invitation!
